General Terms and Conditions and Regulations
1. Assignment
The customer assigns services by submitting an application through www.nieuwmarlot.nl and accepting the general terms and conditions.
2. Obligations of Nieuw Marlot
2.1 Nieuw Marlot ensures:
Continuity of services (in terms of schedule and availability).
Provision of necessary equipment and facilities for activities.
2.2 Nieuw Marlot staff are not liable for personal accidents, theft, or damage to personal property. Nieuw Marlot holds insurance for permanent injury or death due to accidents on the premises.
3. General Information
3.1 A service package consists of the agreed number of sessions or otherwise specified.
3.2 Each session lasts a minimum of 50 minutes unless otherwise agreed.
3.3 Rates remain unchanged even if a group or session cannot be filled. Adjustments to the group size or session availability may occur during the period.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
4.1 Sessions continue as scheduled unless otherwise noted. Contact the relevant staff to confirm. Indoor activities always proceed.
4.2 Sessions canceled due to weather (for outdoor activities) or public holidays: 2 will be made up by Nieuw Marlot; others are at the customer's expense.
4.3 Sessions canceled due to rain are considered given. If canceled before starting, they will be made up for 50% of cancellations. If an indoor facility is available, the session may be moved indoors. If the customer declines, the session is considered given.
4.4 Group sessions cannot be made up but can be attended by a replacement of the same level.
4.5 Sessions missed due to COVID-19 are generally not made up. Nieuw Marlot will offer the best possible solution.
4.6 No refunds will be provided for missed sessions due to injury, illness, or relocation.
4.7 Sessions can be transferred to another person of the same level with the staff’s consent in case of prolonged absence.
5. Fees and Costs
5.1 Fees are based on rates listed on www.nieuwmarlot.nl and must be paid before the start of the service package. Agreement to these terms is confirmed upon registration.
5.2 No additional costs will be charged by Nieuw Marlot.
5.3 Nieuw Marlot services are available only to registered members of HLTC Marlot or other affiliated memberships. By accepting these terms, customers agree to be members before starting the service. Membership termination is separate from service termination.
